How often do you delete your own posts?

I delete some of my own posts when I think I've said something really stupid. Or sometimes in EoEO when I realise what I've said is completely useless. Sometimes I just delete them for the fun of making people who responded without quoting look silly.

When it double posts me (not often), or if I stay something stupid, like, really stupid. I prefer editing.

Don't think I ever have; not on this site, at least. I did write a rant about the state I was in when I was unemployed one time, on another site, then I read it back about five minutes later and thought it was a bit too whiny, so I deleted it. However, one of the admins at that site, who have access to deleted posts, sent me a nice encouraging PM, which I thought was really sweet...

I don't bother because it's sometimes twice as embarrassing when someone sees that you've deleted a post.

I rarely delete posts. I'll edit them, certainly, but rarely delete them. The only post I can remember deleting recently (off the top of my head) was one or two in the Eyes On Plays FFI thread because I decided I'd rather playing the GBA version than the NES.

Never. Anyway, I read any and all deleted posts that I come across. The least you guys could do is leave cool deletion reasons.

I never do, even with EoEo, I feel that anything that's constructive in -any way- to -any- person should stay. If I go slightly off topic or talk about the topic then vere into another.. well for all I know there's someone reading the thread that wanted to hear something like the vere'd topic.

I delete my posts when, for some reason, they're posted twice. I don't see a reason to delete them otherwise.
