With the addition of Quina’s Kitchen, the General Forums are now pretty much filled with food related discussion, which, for a big foodie like myself is bloody fantastic. We might as well call it “Eyes on Food” I meaaaan… it would make sense…..

To be nominated for this award alone is great as it shows your a decent artist, and to win would be very special. Each of the five nominees are talented and possess wonderfully different art styles. I'll give a brief description of each artist nominated below.

Agent Proto - He likes to draw figurines of characters and does it sometimes to humorous effect. The end result is both lovely & adorable. Ultimately though, he possesses nice artistic talent.

DrAssenov - Has a great imagination. I remember s/he did a piece on Final Fantasy players in a fighting game, and it looked really great. Proportionately flawless too.

LadyJuxtaposition - She has a creative eye for doing crossovers among other things, and it appears she tries to push the boundaries when thinking of drawing a new piece. She also has great colouring talent and its no wonder she was nominated.

Locky - Locky can be known for creating graphics such as making fantastic sigs, and clearly uses great thought and detail into all of her work. She also has a knack for paintings.

Pete for President - Pete is known for his very high level of paintings and brilliant use of colour that leave many of the members on here speechless. Completely deserves to be nominated!

Del used to be the Official Enforcer, but has since "upgraded" to Staff Troll. His signature is a classic, heavily inspired by the Godfather's classic logo. His signature was done by one enano in the past, and he has stuck to it. Good on ya, Del!

Aulayan's avatar looks great. It's from Final Fantasy XIV, which fits in great on the forum, especially with all of the hype that XIV is getting right now. BoB has had the same avatar forever and a day. Apparently this avatar shows off how stubborn he is, because back in the old forum days, newbies were required to use certain avatars until they reached 15+ posts. But BoB decided the 15+ post avatars were crap and he wanted to keep his chocobo one. So he complained until the rules were changed and he was allowed to keep it. Today BoB is a very important member to the forum. I think his avatar shows his resolve and dedication to the forum. Plus chocobos are awesome.

Pike's avatar is the Mascot for the Fallout series. I think it's appropriate she would have a gaming avatar since she enjoys video games a good deal. He also looks like a happy fellow and pike is a nice, happy robot that I very much enjoy talking to. She's always nice and has a good sense of humor. Overall a fitting avatar.

Oh, I'm totally youthful and down with the current hip trends. My friends and I just started this new thing called "planking" and we all laid down like boards on trash cans in the park. It was hilarious! Then the other day my friend jumped up in the air and acted like he was being choked while I held my hand up and our other friend took the picture. Well my darlings, it is hard. But I feel like I’m ready to pass on my crown to one of you guys. The worst thing is that people expect you to be that awesome juiced up newbie forever, you’ll be forgotten if you don’t post every day. You’ll be fired if you don’t write those articles. Eventually you’ll become a neurotic ‘not-a-newbie-but-not-a-regular’ member who is on the verge of a breakdown.
