I'd probably put "save stranded guy".

Then again, a rescue message that vague would probably not get me rescued successfully.

Or I'd put in co-ordinates and a map. I'd put drawings and put the exact length of my location from some other location in kilometers. I'd draw the location that they'd need to start from to reach me. The only words I'd probably have to use are west/east, north/south, and kilometers.

Of course that wouldn't prove useful if the person who got it didn't speak English.
