Normally whichever Final Fantasy i played last.
XII, because who wouldn't forget a guy who wields a mini-gun in battle.
Seriously, I was first thinking about this Cid. That's why, I'd say "Other". :p
I think of the one that does a thing with an airship.

I was tempted to put FVII cuz hes my favorite Cid of them all. However the first true Cid (as far as initial NA releases) was the hammer-wielding long bearded Cid of IV. Although not the first Cid to be related to airships, he WAS the first one to pick up a weapon to aid the group (Not to mention the first Cid that most americans ever saw)

i put II because i get an image like the one in that game and VII.
FFIV Cid's knowledge of buoyancy and its principles is unsurpassed.
im surprised at myself that i dont actually think of a cid when i hear it. I just think final fantasy with the word Cid in my mind. I cant accociate it with a character immediately
I always think of VIIs Cid, but then he is probably the most famous of the lot.
My favourite is Regent Cid in FFIX though.

I see a relatively fast slideshow of many of the Cids in my mind. Too bad I can't vote for all of them because I don't know which one I saw first.
FFVI. Rain Coat Cid.
Well so far the two playables have the most votes. Gotta admit, I'm not too surprised by this.
My mind instantly switches over to Ciddie. Then I hate myself for never being cool enough to win one. Then I go emo. Then I gain hope that there will someday be a most emo member ciddie. After that it's just a blur.

Well, he's not my favourite Cid, but Highwind is always the first one to come to mind. I like FFXII's best.
FFIX's Cid. Don't know why though, just popped into my head first.
Edit: Could've put FFTA's into the poll too. Dunno if FFT had a Cid, I assume so.
