I popped off the keys of my computer keyboard today, so I could clean it, and the inside of it was very yucky.

Gross.
I smash my keyboard while it's upside down once every while. Ew.
I've been extra careful when eating around my laptop. :D
There's crumbs and crap under my keyboard.
I'm afraid to pop off my laptop keys, but I've cleaned my desktop keys a couple of times. They were nasty! at least I didn't have any plants germinated in it though.
i ate a lot before, so i'm afraid to clean it. o.O
My Keyboard is over half a meter away from the edge of my table so i'd have to be leaning really foward to get crubs in my keyboard. But sometimes while im eating I sneeze and it gets in there as well as all over my monitor.
My keyboard has mutated and ran away, screaming and frothing ferociously.
Yeah, I tip mine upside down occasionally, then I brush the crumbs on the floor.
My keyboards are disgusting, but that's no fault of mine. I hope mine doesn't mutate
I don't know what's festering under mine. I daren't even hazard a guess.
My keyboard is mostly food.
I dare not even guess what food is in there. Probably Cheez-its and candy canes. Those are two big culprits.
I'm not popping the keys off my keyboard after what happened last time. Besides, what I don't know can't hurt me, so I'll continue eating at my computer until it becomes an ant colony.
I have done this and it was truly grim down in there.
I think my laptop keyboard is okay. I try not to eat over it so it doesn't get full of crumbs and stuff. :jess:
I don't wanna pop off my laptop keys...but the school's keyboards are scary :S
I can only imagine what is festering in my keyboard, eww xD It's covered in dust too.
My keyboard is dusty. I don't wanna open it. But I dust it, when i feel like cleaning (which commonly takes about 6 or so months). They used the brush I use to marinate BBQ
I need a new keyboard, I've ate far too much over this one :p
I tried to clean out my laptop's keyboard once, and ended up ruining the arrow keys. Do you have any idea how much of a pain in the ass it is when the left and right arrows randomly get stuck?
I don't think the area beneath my keyboard will ever be anything but light brown.
Who knows what kind of radioactivity is festering within my keyboard. I turned it upside down and smacked it once. Never again.
This is a concept which scares me. It's dusty more than anything, though.
I did that last summer. It was narsty. I made sure to buy something that goes over the keyboard of my laptop to prevent any crumbs and junk from getting in. Also, I can doodle on it. ^_^
What was once jam from a particularly hasty eaten donut has become something entirely more sinister. It has rendered the 'Ctrl' 'Shift' and '\' keys unusable and I fear to press them in the event that I anger it.
There was an article recently published that presented research stating that the average office toilet seat contains less germs and bacteria than the average office keyboard.
I don't eat directly over my keyboard, so I should be good. I wipe my hands off before using it, too. Mostly it's just hair and dead skin that falls into mine.
My keyboard currently lacks space in which food might fall. I am afraid, however, check under the keys of my laptop... >_>
My laptop has hair under the keyboard. D:
Keyboards 'dirtier than a toilet'
I try to clean out my keyboard every couple of months or so. I was quite disgusted reading that news article; I never realised they were so bad.
I just held my keyboard upside down and shook it. Never again ;_;
i spilled stew on my. so it smelled tasty for about a month.
i popped off the keys for the numpad and cleaned with alcohol and toothpicks
i havnt hit the main typing area yet
I wouldn't dare.
The things that've been on it are already questionable.
But the germs of the people who use it?
I'd probably get herpes, a common cold, and a simple rash, all at the same time.
The germs in a toilet are a lot more deadly than the ones on a keyboard though.
Anyway.... yeah I'm sure I heard growling noises coming from under the keys...
I'm ultra careful eating at the computer but somehow all sorts of foody crap still manages to get in there!
Seen worse though. My mother's a messy eater... her keyboard is visibly caked up and gooey as is the desk, the mouse (complete with annoying sticky buttons), the top of the computer, everything... yak.
