Drinking XXXX Gold is like drinking filthy drain water; it's a step up from the literal piss water that is VB and company, but it's hardly what you would celebrate. Or so they say. I don't drink these beers purely because they taste like smurfing crap. Although I drank XXXX Gold with a buddy once thinking it was a mid strength beer and when I got up after like four in an hour and a half, I almost fell flat on my smurfing face.
