post yr awkward moments!
That awkward moment when you're belting at the top of your lungs with your earphones in because you think you're home alone, and then your family member walks in the door. (This both ensures embarrassment AND a heart attack.)
That awkward moment when you're Skyping with someone but you've forgotten, and walk in front of your computer in various states of undress.
That awkward moment when you ask someone a question and they don't answer you. Ever. Sam.

Skirts are kind of neat. Don't be afraid of 'em Fuzzy T. You feel exposed but you get used to it.
Also that awkward moment when you go to shake hands with someone and then realise they have a broken hand/arm and you feel all weird and then shake their left hand instead and it just kind of doesn't work and you're both left feeling awkward.
Also: failed high fives. Every time it happens I feel like I want to die.
That awkward moment when you try to introduce yourself to someone but they tell you that you've met before.
That awkward moment when you confront your father about his sexual abuse of you as a child.
When you're looking so intently for something that you don't realize it is literally right in front of you.

I work at Blockbuster and I do this to people on a daily basis, the amount of times they ask me to find a DVD they can't find and I walk back with it 2 seconds later, they always just laugh though and say they must be blind for not seeing it. Disappointed by the number of people who don't remember their customers. If you see them every month then you should at least try and recognise them.
I remember the ones who are awesome. If you're just another customer, then no, I'm not gonna waste time trying to remember who you are.
When you're a server, you remember your regulars, because when you address them personally and go out of the way for them, you get better tips.
Plus, it's just lovely. :)
