Which Final Fantasy lady do you think had the best outfit/character design?
1) smurf you for not including Beatrix.
You may be wondering where my other points are, but honestly this is the only relevant one to this topic.
Of the list though, Freya's Armor is bad ass.

The perv in me wants to say Tifa, Ashe or Vanille - who happen to be three of my favourite FF characters, so it's probably biased too. However, when I think about the best costumes one person jumped to mind faster than all the others, so Rinoa it is. I think it's very simple, tasteful and somewhat elegant. Lightning gets a good mention, although her Lightning Returns outfit is rubbish.
And while the perv runs strong in those I was considering, I have to say the worst dressed is Fran. I mean, at least leave a little to the imagination. Geez.
Rinoa's outfit, I just love it. It's beautiful and simple and suits her.
I also like Fang's clothes. It's either her or Rikku. :(

I'm honestly surprised Rinoa's getting so much love. I always thought her outfit was boring and the colour was ugly.
EDIT: To be fair, everything about the design of FFVIII is boring and ugly.
I'm tempted to vote for Serah simply because of the side ponytail.
And I'm tempted to vote for Eiko because she's just so adorable!
But I honestly think Rinoa is probably the most straight beautiful girl in the series. Rikku and (X-2) Yuna are sexier but that's a whole different thing.

Well the people who voted him are wrong.
FFVIII is a very nice game to look at. Rinoa is pretty, Selphie is cute, Seifer looks badass, Laguna has one of my favorite 80s hairstyles - it's all very superficially pleasing.
Adel approves of how Rinoa looks.

TBH, I'm not overly fond of any of these designs.
I'll go with Aerith, her dress and jacket is cute and practical while suiting her character.
Lulu has the most impractical outfit, because she is the result of Nomura's love affair with belts.
Serah. I love her outfit in XIII it's so cute.
Then probably: Yuna (X variety), Yuna (songstress), Aerith (VII variety), Ashe, Terra (Dissidia!), Rinoa
Actually I already voted but come to think of it Yuna has the most outfits I adore. 'dat wedding dress is totes what I'm wearing if I ever get married.
Serah's FFXIII outfit is clearly catering to the Japanese School-girl fantasy. I quite like her outfit there.
As for the others, Fran's outfit just has no flair whatsoever, and is just a skimpy battle-suit, I quite liked Fang's Indian sari style dress, and I still cannot work out how the people of Cocoon didn't find Vanille's tribal gear the least bit odd in a highly technical society.
Overall? Serah. Though it is quite a large choice.
Terra's the best, 'nuf said, everybody out, show's over.

Voted for Selphie. It was nice, simple and it matched her character really well. It had that cute and cheerful style just like her persona.
