If you use Zidane to kill Garnet in the second Black Waltz battle and use a pheonix down on Vivi, then Steiner should pull a ninja deathstar out of his ass and throw it at the Black Waltz II. He then becomes ultra powerful and if you can beat him then you get an item called Momira Nectar. Use it on Garnet. It brings her MP up to 999.
Cast all the summons she has at the Black Waltz III (second battle). Kill Blank in a random battle afterwards and talk to the woman outside Queen Stellazio's place. She will trade his corpse for an item called the Aiden Card.
Start a new game and all your characters should start out with Invincible.
