    So, on a scale of 1 - 10, how would you rate yourself in terms of being optimistic, or being very pessimistic, or just being neutral.

    I give myself an 8. I can get upset, but I force myself to end such negative thinking. I often have a positive attitude in life, despite the objective merits (or lack thereof).

    I *am* a nihilist, which I often find very bizarre considering I'm also an optimistic person.

    I think I live on a different world then most people. I have no idea where people see all this darkness and bad things. I blame the news. They never spend more than minuite on good news, yet they will devote 30 minuites to something terrible. That's why I watch cartoons and sitcoms.
