It took years after I stoped watching the show for me to realise that his last name is Ketchum like catch 'em. I also just recently learned that Captain Maxx Power is cool becuase it's like max power like full power. For the longest time I just though it was just a cool sounding name. I'm very I happy I learned these two things.

I like ketchup. His name should have been Ash Ketchup, and his quest to eat all the hamburgers in the world. Hamburgers with different personalities that talk. That would have been cool.
