i walk from the couch to the fridge.
Weight lifting once a week and then aerobic jogging or elliptical machine( I like that thing) every day for about an hour. Joined Work Out World because the old gym I went to for years had mold in it I think.
I walk about a mile a day to work and back. Maybe even more than that.
I've been playing DDR all week (just bought it a week ago), and I DROPPED 5 POUNDS! *cheers*

My boyfriend and I have a pact where we each have to run at least a mile a week. But ever since school started, I've been slacking.
I do however bike to/from school and to/from classes. It's not much, but my classes are on the opposite ends of the campus, so it's decent exercise.
I walk or bike lots every day to and from classes/extracirriculars.
I'm taking martial arts (Chinese boxing atm), Javanese dance, and African dance as official classes. I also take zumba (a latin workout dance type thing) and hip hop classes on the side at my gym~ And I'm in the bellydancing club. ^_^ I do weight lifting 3 times a week, but this week I only went once due to soreness/no time. Next week I'll be hardcore to make up for it. x]
Oh, I've also just joined the outing club and we do stuff like canoeing or kayaking which is an amazing good workout on your arms.

I spend about 2-3 hours a day biking. :[
My exercise is pretty much entirely just walking to and from class, and my karate class that really isn't all that intense. As a result, I am currently in a state of burning solely the calories that I take in, but I do nothing to burn off the fat that I have or convert it to muscle. It's pretty stagnant.
I try to bike from time to time and I guess my job is also pretty physical. Other than that I don't really exercise.. at all!
I'd like to go jogging, though... but I'm just way too lazy.
