Dictatorship is the way to go. I'd be the one master of EoFF. And I'd ban the bastard who changed my avatar. Owen made it and I haven't got the image saved.
I wouldn't want people whose views I necessarily agreed with because I don't see what that would achieve. While governing is certainly easier with yes-men, it's definitely not the best way to go morally, practically or even intellectually. It's good to have people who differ in opinion and can take you down a notch when you go mad with power (as anyone in charge of EoFF would). Having said that, it's critical that you have at least a basic understanding that the people you have, whether agreeable or not, are trustworthy. The ability to be empathetic, have a sense of humour and fully understanding that Final Fantasy IX is better than VIII or X are definite musts.

Ok, sure you're all going to laugh but I honestly wouldn't change the staff line up...you got a pretty good team atm though I would force baloki back on to site staff just because he'd hate me more for it.
I would keep some of the current Admins around like Yams and Roogle because someone has to know what they're doing. I would keep Cl_out and ShlupQuack around for my general amusement. I would keep people like Psy and Levian around as CKs for amusement too. Also kikimm because I like her. Then I would have to keep Leeza and Miriel because someone has to be mean and enforce the rules. Del too, but he would have to change back to Super Delete for a while. That's a lot of old ones so instead of listing other reasons to keep some I'll move on to new people. Ummm... It would be people that generally get along well. Drama can be amusing, but it can also suck. It doesn't have to be all male or female. In fact, I insist on a mix-up, but wouldn't demand a certain ratio. Whatever it is it is, unless it's only two of a gender. That's too few! It's pretty hard to think of people that would be good knights.

I'd probably keep the same mods and admins, and add a variety of mods. I'd only add like 3 or 4, though -- otherwise it there would end up too many. Like theundeadhero said, it is pretty hard to think of who, though.
I'd keep Megan, mod Dan and Jess (Rye Jess), and then watch as the glorious future unfolds.
You know, we have no staffers with join date in 2006, and only one from 2005. Getting a new generation member into the staff forum would be like getting a wunderbaum into an old smelly car. Just wonderful. Wouldn't hurt if they could play the piano either.
