Long hair ftw. I once had my hair cut short, never again.

It suits people with thick hair who can take time to style it and make it look good, but if you have fine hair I'd suggest staying away from it. Long hair is pretty, and it suits you. If you want a change, why don't you keep it long but get it cut to your shoulders or something?

If you want it short, I think the second looks the best.
