EDIT: Actually, scratch that. I might do this a bit differently to allow for improved seeding.
EDIT: Yeah, I'll include 96 and that way all of them can go through, even those with a single nomination. With that said, the next two new mentions will go through. Those with a seconded nomination will still have an advantage in that they won't all be grouped together, I'll try to evenly spread them throughout the initial groups.
