Yup, my science teacher misspells my name every time. I've corrected him before, but his habits just don't change. :O
Have to spell out my surname to people most of the time despite it being, in my view, fairly straightforward. I don't mind because it's better that they know rather than it being spelt wrong, isn't it? As for my first and middle names, well, people usually don't have much trouble with 'Thomas' or 'Samuel.'
Not my words Carol, the words of Top Gear magazine.
People always spell my surname wrong. They spell is as Colgate rather than Colegate.![]()
psh you people have nothing to complain about.. my middle name is Dominic.. which in dutch sounds like "dom ben ik"... which literally means: i am stupid
But they do now that I'm called Harle-Quin. Even though it's clear that the Quin is what's highlighted. It's not like a majority call me it, because the majority of EoFF have some form of intelligence.
It's like when ReloadPsi gets called Reload. His sig even states that he wants to be called "Psi" not "Reload", but people do it anyway because they're bastards.
Besides, I'm not whining in a whiny way. I'm merely using it as an excuse to make a thread.
A teacher once called me "Robert Hoe" instead of Howe.
what does harle-quin mean anyway? .. ow w8.. isnt that french for joker?
