monday, tuesday, thursday, friday: I usually get between 5-6 hours sleep.
wednesday, saturday and sunday: between 8-12 hours.
After little sleep in the week I usually make up for it at the weekend, but at the weekend I don't get to bed until the early hours of the morning and sometimes get up early for football etc. This week I feel pretty ill, though - so I've been having naps after work.
