I can't get to sleep tonight. I guess my 15 hour naps have caught up with me. No lie going to bed around 12 getting up at 3 for the past couple of days.

Have you ever had any problems getting to sleep?

I usually stay up until I'm exausted, unless I've got to get up early, than I either don't sleep, or sleep very little. And since I stay up until I pass out, no I rarely have trouble sleeping.

I've had trouble sleeping for awhile now. I go to bed and am quite tired, but I'll often lie there for an hour or more before falling asleep. I find it can help if I get up for five or ten minutes though. I tend to just fluff my bed up to make it feel softer and fresher, go to the bathroom, get a drink, whatever - then when I lie down again I fall asleep pretty fast.

I'm having trouble with sleeping in. I tend to go to bed at anywhere from 12am-3am and I always sleep in till 11am-1pm.

I always find it really hard to sleep on a Sunday night, because for starters on a weekend I go to bed at like 3am so to have to go to bed at 11pm is like whut and I sleep like pretty much all Sunday morning so I'm just not tired.

I have more problems staying awake. The only time I have problems sleeping is when I drink vodka and red bull.

I use to have a major problem with sleeping and had to get medical advice. I use to sleep during the day and stay up all night until 6am and then go to sleep. Thank the munchkins it had been fixed or I would be working night shifts at work.

What I found best to help was a nice warm milk without any sugar, worked almost everytime.

It always takes me around 3 - 4 hours to get to sleep, except when I'm really tuckered out.

Means I don't get much sleep as I have to wake up every morning at 6AM.
