Not when it's used incorrectly.
"Its" is possessive, and Manus was clearly quoting. "It's" is the shortened version of "it is".
I wasn't referring to Manus' post. I was merely saying that the apostrophe is used in the contraction form of the word, not the possessive 'its'.
