"Its" is possessive, and Manus was clearly quoting. "It's" is the shortened version of "it is".

I wasn't referring to Manus' post. I was merely saying that the apostrophe is used in the contraction form of the word, not the possessive 'its'.

Had The Fools not snipped the end of my post, you would've known that I hadn't meant it at you, but was just using your quote to show that I was carrying on with that particular conversation.
