Well I've made fun of a few people and regretted it after - I also punched a guy, but he deserved it for attempting to pick on me. Sometimes the only way to stop a bully is to put him in his place - I'm not a violent man and I'll try all the other alternatives before resorting to using violence, but I don't get pushed around either.

Nah, least nice thing I did was be part of a group of guys who picked on one kid pretty much non-stop in primary school. In retrospect there was really no reason for the constant harassment. But (I know everyone's saying this about their own things) he basically deserved it. What with stealing my dad's credit card numbers and signing up to porn sites with them.

I had a Dragonball Z fight with him the next day in the playground though, so it was okay.

I killed a kitten. It was a total accident, though, I swear.

I can't decide between the following three:

1. Kicked my elderly grandmother off the top of a bunk bed when I was in the 8th grade. And then laughed about it later.

2. Systematically destroyed a girl's belief that all people are inherently good while also destroying her innocence. Then I made fun of her dead grandfather and laughed as she cried.

3. Carried on a charade for over half a year with a girl who was in love with me. At the culmination of the entire thing, when she was admitting just how much she was dedicated to me, I told her that she was not attractive, fat, and that I did not like her. Then I told her to go away.

I don't really consider them to be entirely horrible myself, although some people might.
