Devil Man had tried to return to the forums, though on his way, he was cut off by a man. The Man, to be specific.
In their epic showdown, their powers collided and fused a new being. The Man in them both had been destroyed in the fusion, leaving behind a ruthless being of hate and malice.
That being is known as "The Devil".
