There are two variables here that your actions control, and those are how much you take in, and how much you burn. So long as B/D (Burnt amount per day) is bigger than F/D (Fat taken in per day), you'll lose that weight. It's as simple as that, no challenge at all. Unless, like, you eat 10 Large Extra Pepperoni Pizzas per day or something. Then you're screwed for losing 15 pounds!
Losing weight is really hard for me, and I think of it as a big challenge. Unlike a lot of people, I don't have a magic metabolism to make me skinny. I don't eat a big amount but I am relatively inactive. So now I'm trying to work out at least 5 or 6 times a week for 45 minutes, burning about 350 calories each session. I'm hoping to lose a pound a week. I hope I can do it... :3
