Druss the axeman say's it on the walls of the fortress just before the worlds biggest army turns up to attack them. I think it's good advice because even if you worry about death all your life and never do anything dangerous or even smells like it could be dangerous then what kind of life is that? You're still going to die and it's when danger and death have been faced down and you survive that life becomes that much sweeter.
