Anything by Morning Musume, especially THE MANPOWER!!!, Jyosei Kashimashi Monogatari, and Koi no Dance Site (SEXYBEAMMM!!!!)

And even though no one will believe me, I think Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up is one of the most upbeat songs ever.

Of course I've got Rick Astley already... Whenever somebody asks me to burn a CD, I tack it on at the end to Rickroll them =P
And I've had Science Genius Girl stuck in my head since I watched Kerrigan's Big Invention. Took me forever to find out what the song was...
