Harle-Quin is a horrible man for not predicting winners for like ten Ciddies. I cba to kick him out and redo the entire predictions party (as the percentages of the winners is based on 21 people) so I will just select random people for the ones he is missing selections for.

I guess it's not his fault because the rules weren't in the OP when he posted. So in many ways, this, like most of life's problems, is Baloki's fault!

Don't give him random ones, just say he predicted someone like Melted Snowman in all of them, as he shouldn't have a chance of being the top dog in predictions due to random entries generated by someone else!
