Citizen Bleys won this award in the first ever EoFF Awards in June 2000 (then titled 'Most Evil Person'). Not just this, but also Funniest Member, Strangest Person, Most Talkative, Most Non-conformist, Worst Spammer, Most Likely to Achieve Immortality and was tied to win Best Writer... and Nicest Member! While Cid and the member formerly known as Dr Unne are still around on the odd occasion, Bleys is undoubtedly the most active of the winners from back in mid-2000.
