Sometimes i meet people who my friends say are legit and are fun easy going people, but the vibe i get from them is just wrong. Well i warn them to stay clear of that person, or just be wary, they dont take that to note and then my bad feelings end up being right.

This is the only thing I believe in because it happens to me all the time. I think it's not really a "vibe" thing, I think our friends are just really stupid and pick the wrong people to hang out with. At least, that was my problem. My friends would either lie to me and tell me the people were cool or they'd honestly not be able to tell/wouldn't believe that the friends in question were talking behind their backs. Sometimes it just takes a set of unbiased eyes to see the truth.

You are mistaking psychic for someone who has precognition. Psychic is a generic term to describe a person who is in possession of a paranormal ability, whether this be a medium, clairvoyant/audience, psychometry, etc...It can include precog but not limited to it. Personally, I am very skeptical about people who claim to be precog. I believe everyone from time to time has a precog experience to various degrees but I doubt anyone who claims to be an active precog.

Stemming from my spiritual belief that energy permeates the universe, I believe that we all have the capacity to empathize with said energy though for some it is easier than others. To the same extent we can be sensitive to personal energies as well. Haphazardly, I pick up on these things, often with someone who I share a close emotional bond to.

What people dont understand is that almost everyone has dejavu or have some sort of precognition. It doesnt mean you have powers at all. Your subconsious knows things by deduction about the actions you would take in a situation, so its bound to happen that you'll be doing something one day and you just so happen to get dejacu because you take the actions your subconsious knows of.
Thats why dejavu and precognition is mostly a normal thing. There are people however who know of things about others without knowing the person. Thats what i think is being able to see with a "third eye". Its rare but i wouldnt be surprised if it happens.
Also, people are naturally keen to sense when a "supernatural being" is present. For instance the other day my bf and i went to seattle and we found ourselves drawn to this antique shop. We go in and i start looking at dressers....Well one i went to, i opened the door and all my hair got raised and i went into cold sweats. I tried looking inside but when i looked in i saw through the eyes of a little girl, and she was frightened. I dont know why that happened but i slammed the door, faltered back a couple steps and told my bf not to go near it. He got the same feeling from it. There are just some things that may be linked with something above our believe/knowledge barriers.
