If they were real geeks they'd freak out about that 1999 'Sherlock' Fire Alarm. What's special about that? Well, there were a total of 14 production runs throughout the year, and on the 11th run one of the assembly lines had a minor error in it, resulting in a completely unique design for the clasping mechanism. Nothing really unusual about that, except that the error still actually functions perfectly, which meant they could go to the stores and making the 160 items so affected highly valuable collectors items.
