Odd decision making methods
Whats the wierdest thing you've ever done to make a decision?
When I was younger, and I had two things to decide between, I would assign the two things in question a 1 or a 2. I would then close my eyes.
You know how after closing your eyes, you will still see traces of light? Well, what the traces look like vary from time to time, and I would determine if the traces of light more closely resembled a 2 or a 1, and that would be my decision.
When I have to decide how many of something I want, whether its how much money i want to take out with me, how much time to put something in the microwave, I go with the amount a actually want (eg 26) then I find the closest perfect power (So i'd go with 25(5^2) or 27(3^3) ) or if that varies too far from what I want i'll go with the closest prime number

I use a magic eight ball to make all of my important decisions.
"suggest something"
"no, you won't like it"
"please"
"okay, 'X'"
"oh, you're right, I don't like that, how about 'Y'"

I cut to a card or throw a die
I painted "Yes" and "No" onto toads and then raced them.

my favorite part of my brief study of decision theory was learning that incorporating a coin toss can lead to more accurate decision-making.
