Pretty much the ONLY guy in gaming that ever caught my eye was some character from FFX that was super buff. Usually I'm not at ALL attracted to what Japanese art designers thing a "hot guy" should look like.

Soul Bracket
1. Kilik - Granted, he's lost his hotness in recent games but the Tekken guy never looked good in any of his incarnations.
2. Cloud - Despite loving Suikoden 2 infinitely more, I've always liked Cloud's heavy anime design. I hate his new "realistic" look but he stills gets nice outfits despite looking like a whiny cosplaying emo bastard... Jowy only looked sexy in his Highland military uniform.
3. Irvine - Sci-fi stereotype vs. cowboy stereotype... Despite not liking cowboys, I can't see anything that separates Commander Shepard from any other leading male from a sci-fi story from Sci-Fi channel... Bishi Cowboys are not as common...
4. Geddoe - I love male designs with eye patches. I blame Captain Herlock. Tidus looks like a beach bum in lederhousen (sp?) Geddoe looks badass and sexy.
5. Sly Cooper - Yes he's a raccoon but seriously... look at his competition. Not only does he look like a woman he practically dresses like one. Sly has charm and a snazzy outfit.
6. Ashley Riot - This was a really tough one cause I think both of them are pretty sexy. I just like Ashley's design better and Alucard has lost a bit of his appeal since you trip over albino characters with swords wearing black. He lost a bit of his original appeal despite being there first. Besides... Ashley is not afraid to show a little T&A.
7. Link - Laguna is cute and charming but Link, especially in his recent console incarnation is just smoking hot...
8. Jin Uzuki - Chris looks like he swallowed a football, got caught in his throat, and turned out to be allergic to it so now he's all swollen up. Since I prefer my men actually having necks Jin wins.
