I'll place it in the center of the country, just below Quinshire. I guess I'll name it Corona, because it's such an awesome name for a capital city.

Capital City: Lati Pak
Primary Resources: Fish (in the lake) and also wood. It's pretty foresty around the wood (where we haven't built)
Military: Small. (SPOILER)They're reinforced by the large special forces that are unknown to the world, so shhh
Transport Network: Small boats to the island, which is entirely the capital. Everywhere else has access to monorail. Green monorail.
Location: There is a lake with a small island in it near the south. I claim the lake, and some surrounding land. Not too much mind you.
State: Hi no Kuni
Capital: Konohagakure
Main Resource: Coal, Iron, and Silver
Military: Shinobi
Govonar (SP ftw!): Me
Capital's Mayor: Naruto Uzumaki
Transportation: Roof-running and Tree-hopping.
Location: Anywhere that is able to be placed.

Country update. We're still a nameless country at the moment, too! Though, let's see the states we have so far. Remember, if you want to create a state, you're only allowed one. So far, you're also allowed to make one city as well, but that may soon change where you can create more than one for any state. (Not just your state) There is still plenty of space to create a new state! Feel free to use the map on the first post to claim an area for your state if you have a specific place in mind.
