Thanks NorthernChaosGod. Oh yeah... he wasn't supposed to be an artist but he showed up at my house in a black sheet and was like 'yeah i'm a ghost'. And everyone knows you have to wear a white sheet to go be a ghost, so I gave him my beret and spattered him in some paint and turned him into a Renaissance artist
The stick is supposed to be someone else's staff. He went as Gandalf. It is quite annoying how it's in the way
