Since no non-staffer can judge the former, you guys are only getting half the picture. Doesn't make anyone's opinion invalid, but it's something to keep in mind.

Long version: "This decade" could also have meant the past ten years or more commonly any ten year period AABA where B remains the same (e.g., the 80s, the 90s, etc.). Both of which are perfectly valid. I was using the latter, and most popular, definition.
