Or you know, you could just go through the archives and look at all of the old speeches.

There is no set standard for speeches. You should just try to make fun of all the nominees as much as possible. Now SOME wusses (*cough*BoB*cough*) may say "tone it down; you can't put that in a speech!" But those people have no sense of humor.
