Finishing up Tales of Xillia, also playing Xenoblade, Ys Seven, and Fire Emblem: Awakening
Beat Tomb Raider yesterday, now I started on Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock.
Smurf the Cybermen. Seriously.
Since I finally platted Tales of Xillia yesterday, I've picked up The Witch and the Hundred Knight again...which I bought at launch, played for about 20 minutes, then put down and ignored until just now. Something else distracted me at the time, although I forget just what that something was...might have been because I was still obsessively playing Tales of Symphonia at the time. Still, it seems like a fun enough game, if a bit unorthodox for its developers. Time shall tell.
Mostly Mind = Zero now handheld wise. I want this game finished by next Wednesday, but that seems doubtful, since I have to replay it on Expert...and the Dream Corridor is BRUTAL. The enemies in the last three dungeons have all hit harder than the bosses! Kei loves missing, escaping never works unless Bursting, and I need to grind but I really cannot be bothered because this is a game that seems to discourage it by making each battle a chore. I seriously regret buying this game right now. It's also £12.99 now and I paid £24.99 for it. smurf PSN sales. Seriously. They're never around when I need/want them...
I've still not touched Tomb Raider or TLOU Remastered. Every time the PS4 goes on, when it hasn't got a Smallville DVD in it, it's got FFXIV instead...might be putting these two on the shelf for a while, especially if I cave and buy Diablo III/Bound by Flame. Since I've been itching to play the former since it came out on PS3 last year, and the latter is £24.99 on the PSN for PS4 (and £15.99 for PS3) it seems likely I'll cave within the next few days, especially if I sell something on eBay to justify it...
Infamous: Second Son
Finished play through on normal/hero mode. Now I've started the difficult/villain mode. It is awesome.
I beat Metal Gear Solid 4 at the weekend! Enjoyed it, felt the gameplay was a little bit short though but the whole thing was obviously a tribute to the rest of the series.
FFIII taking up most of my gaming time presently.
I had a co-worker force me to finally sit down and play Bioshock, just finished Fort Frolic.
True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
Lately, I've been absolutely hooked on Rogue Legacy. I also play The Last of Us Remastered when I get the chance and have been on a Call of Duty kick as well, since performing an autopsy on my broken PS3 to get the disc out.
Back to Dark Arisen again again again. Oh man, I love this game. I'm currently doing Daimon runs, collecting Third Tier Bitterblack Gear and Armor.
/nerd
I started and finished Murdered: Soul Suspect on the weekend. I found it quite a neat game, I have to say. I think it's a shame the developers closed up right after they made it. There were parts of it that were predictable but a fair few moments that were not, too, and I just liked the people and the general story. The gameplay wasn't shabby, nothing amazing but a good compliment to a story-driven game.
Otherwise, nothin' but Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn for some time now I think!
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
Aaaaaand Dark Souls.
As always happens, I play Dark Arisen, get a taste for challenging games and inevitably go back to Dark Souls. Continued my Dex/Int build through to Oolacile, and have started a Str/Faith build. Currently at Sen's Funhouse.
I beat Mass Effect 3 a few weeks back. It was underwhelming. I'm not sure if it's my nostalgia glasses, but I remember ME2 being a far superior experience all around.
I'm back into Planescape: Torment, trying to take it a bit more seriously for my second run. There's been some doses of Burnout Paradise and CSO mixed in there.
I just got Little Busters! on PlayStation 3. All in Japanese, and I can't read a single Kanji. smurf yeah.
Although I'm Let's Playing this game right now, I sure as hell won't get bored playing it on console at the same time. Plus it has the extra content from the Ecstasy version, so YAY!
