Do you think a poll adds anything to a thread? People are gonna state their stance on the matter in the thread anyhow - maybe even more people do when they can't just place a vote and leave. On the other hand, with a poll you might get the opinions of some people who weren't gonna make a post either way. Discuss polls.

That was my second impulse, but I'm not even sure whether the board software will let you do that.

I don't play by the rules.
Polls are everywhere these days. I can no longer move on Facebook without stumbling onto twenty of them. Last thing I want to do is see them on here too!

I like polls. They let me know what you people think without wading through walls and walls of useless text. Every thread should have polls.
It used to be I would make a GC thread and have 20 options to vote for per topic
until I got warned then band
