It's not related to edema. Admittedly this is obscure. A triple bypass reroutes blood around blocked coronary arteries. Corona is Latin for crown, hence triple bypass refers to the 3 Royal Crowns the Edea card can be refined into.
I got right- although I feel like the kid who got the right number on a math test because I made 2 mistakes on the calculation- not because I did it correctly... hahaha.
