I will say doing a line by line picking apart of words is not helpful, this is a big picture riddle.

Help 1: The 2nd line is supposed to be like that, its me saying that the first line can be read like the 4th wall is broken. Wasn't sure how else to make that clear- hahaha.

"held while booked" may mean that the object in the inventory is reserved for something but you don't use it.

Booked is an industry term, and also is used in the correct way, (although it might not be definition 1 in some dictionaries).
Hint 2: Instead of trying to guess an object/spell it will help if you think about the generic clues to pinpoint what I am referring to in the game,
An ancient past time [breaking the 4th wall]
uplifting the spirit, time for the team to shine.
Amongst teen angst held while booked.
(that voltron ignore wasn't much of a hint, you guys might be to young to get that clue)

That's okay, I had a FF9 riddle that was just as confusing.
Would 'ancient past time' refer to the time of ancient Egypt, or somewhere in the medieval times? Anyway, I'm guessing that the 'ancient past time' refers to something along the lines of a game of the ancients.
Could 'booked' mean 'engaged'?

An Ancient past time, in real life (and presumably in the game). That is why I said breaking the 4th wall.
Engaged is a synonym although its parallel usage for this specific situation would be awkward in english.
Oh.... some possible ancient past time could be gardening, music, fishing... maybe I'm missing some.....
