I'm so unbelievably noobish to this site and I find it sad since I've been in forums for years now. And I can't be assed going to the help forum. But my pictures don't wanna upload. For albums or profile pic. Obv I read the rules and they are of proper size.

As I recall it use to be you had to be around for so long before you could usernote/ck to orevent spam. they might have changed it.
