Thread: Cheese

    Cheese

There are so many different kinds! What's your favorite kind of cheese?

I love parmesan. I could live the rest of my life off parmesan. Not the powdered, dried crap that goes on spaghetti. As a runner up, I really love Dubliner Irish cheese. Can't really do brie, though. It's texture is too much like butter for me to be comfortable scraping it onto crackers and tit.

Gouda's good, but Feta's better, and Cheddar's even better than Feta!

Silly rhymes aside, I like pretty much all cheese. I love cheese. In fact, why the hell am I not eating cheese right now?

    Cheddar Jack
    Provolone
    Colby
    Monterey Jack
    Mozzerella

I pretty much only eat cheese on sandwiches or pizza so that affects my choices.

I LOVE ALL THE CHEESE. ESPECIALLY STINKY KINDS.

The fancy restaurant on the cruise I went on had a cheese course. I ordered the stinkiest plate and it was lovely.
