Jessweee: I have never heard of that, and I think it's far more rare than you realize. And I'm pretty sure public schools legally can't force people to shave.

I hate shaving because it's effort and I'm lazy. But my facial hair grows in super fast and thick, so I have the manly stubble look for approximately one day until I just look like a scruffy hobo.
