I really liked Chrono Cross's soundtrack. I should play that again.
I also enjoyed what I heard of Xenogears's soundtrack, but I never played most of the game. So I'll stick with Chrono Cross.
Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, The World Ends With You, and Seiken Denetsu 2
I know this is blasphemous for some, but I've never been a huge fan of Chrono Cross' OST. Its well crafted but I find the music doesn't connect with the story as well as the soundtracks mentioned above, so I don't enjoy it as much.

I had forgotten about TWEWY - that also has a fabulous soundtrack.

Add another to TWEWY. They absolutely nailed the soundtrack for that game.
