I don't pick any, as the idea of trying to pick my favorite soundtrack out of every game I've ever played is a complete overload for my brain and my head has just imploded.

Beyond that I’m not sure if I can rank entries, but (alphabetical order) Chrono Cross, Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest V, Final Fantasy IX, Secret of Mana, and Seiken Densetsu 3 would probably round out the top seven.
Final Fantasy VIII
The Tomb Raider series also has some really nice pieces, I do love the Lara theme that plays in a lot of the earlier games.
Super Castlevania IV.
Morrowind.
The Silent Hill series always has incredible music too.
FFIX, because I'm completely obsessed. Morrowind has an amazing soundtrack, though.

Gosh, that's a tough one. I would have to say Legend of Dragoon, because that was the first game I ever played where I genuinely cared about the music.
