I don't think I would mind being called a 'big girl's blouse'. At the end of the day, it's an item of clothing that contains and is in contact with a lady's ample bosom.
There are worse things to be.
Big Girl's Blouse is SO oldschool. These days you're a gusset. (Though it might be a very localised Northern term)
