Question about when Rikku rejoins at the Moonflow

I was just replaying the other day and remembered something I never understood.

Why did Auron get angry when Yuna decided she wanted Rikku to be her guardian? I wasn't aware he disliked the al-bhed.

Because he foresaw her trying to meddle, or stop Yuna from completing her pilgrimage. Al Bhed by nature are against the sacrifice of human life.

Indeed. Auron's ultimate plan required Yuna to reach Zanarkand, and if Rikku had her way Yuna would have been swayed from her pilgrimage way before then. :3

Agreed. Al he does is "show me you eyes" and he's fine with it, no anger involved.
