Just a little update for everyone. There were some issues with tracking down the admin able to give us any access to the old Steam group for creating events and such in the future, so a new one has been created. I've sent invites to the few people in my friends list I knew off hand were from EOFF, but I've also updated the link in Jiro's OP for everyone else so you can all join.
