Star Trek: The Next Generation's opening perfectly captures the sense of adventure and discovery that the show portrays most of the time. Really wowed me as a child.

Samurai Champloo's opening always struck an odd, but good feeling in me. I know there is some obvious official sub genre BS name for it, but I like the "chill" kind of hip hop heard in the opening theme, as well as most of the show's soundtrack.

Dragonball Z's original Japanese opening is silly as the show itself, but the pure, fun energy that emanates from that song is satisfyingly uplifting!
