I went through the list. No one is like anyone so it matters not but I just ciould not think of anyone more opposite to jon snow than Jiro.

I've developed a pretty decent image of Snow though the books and if someone asked me what his plar opposite forum member was I'd honestly pick him.


Dumbfounded how anyone can think otherwise but it matters not. No one here is really like anyone in the books anyway,

sharky: Well, unless enough people here have read the books, the TV series is probably all they'll be going by if you want to actually do an RP. Personally I'm not all that bothered as my character only features in one book and I've read that one (although it's also the only book from what I'm told that is basically word-for-word the same as the TV series).

I understand your thoughts, but I think you're underestimating the amount of people that have read the books (or only read the books), and don't think those people should be disregarded. There's evidence enough by the amount of spoiler tags in this thread covering things about characters that book readers do know, that haven't been revealed in the tv show yet. The most fair course of action is attempting to blend/combine the two, and continue the story that way. My little character is also pretty minor, and it's all for fun. I still think that's the best way to do it.
