Lets discuss cheese and how utterly smurfing brilliant it is.
I am a big fan of mozarella, ricotta, wensleydale, chesire and applewood cheddar. Also smoked cheese.

I love all the cheeses. My favourite cheese is every single cheese ever made.
Roquefort is pretty good. Parmesan is nice on pasta and stuff. Swiss cheeses are usually all fantastic. I also like gorgonzola and that is my go-to bluecheese because roquefort is like twice as expensive.

smurfing parmesan will always and forever be the best cheese.
I like Gruyere. Dubliner cheese is pretty damn good, too.
I love taking a wedge of Parmesan, grating it on a cookie sheet (with wax paper of course), baking it into a cheese cracker, then devouring it.

I used to hate cheese but now I quite love it.

I love cheese. That's why my avatar used to say "I love cheese". I also used to write it on the chalkboards and dry erase boards at school.
My favorite kind of cheese is marbled cheddar, which I can't find down her so colby jack seems to be the closest thing. It's a yellow and orange mild cheddar. I also really like mozzarella and cream cheese and provolone and I like swiss but only with ham.
Provolone with sandwiches.
Cheddar and cheddar jack most other times.

Ahahahaha what on earth
My dog is OBSESSED with cheddar cheese. Whenever I grab the pack to cut up some slices and she hears the rustling of the pack, she comes over to the counter, sits down and stares at me with puppy dog eyes. It's so funny.
